"Velvet Goldmine" tells the story of the rise and fall of a glam rock star. Mythical rock God, Brian Slade, suddenly disappears at the peak of his fame after a publicity stunt at a concert goes wrong. Ten years later Arthur Stuart, a reporter, sets out to find out what happened. The film is a meditation on imagination, memory, nostalgia and identity, set to the sights and sounds of the glam rock era.

Yay! Awesome movie.  Kira, do you know what that song is called at the beginning when the credits are still going on and it shows Arthur and his friends running to the show when they bump into Jack Fairy?

Hey Mystique..speaking of the opening scene, Brian Molko is the guy with the feather boa...Stefan and Steve are in that scene too, I believe.
